Security

Built With Responsibility

Security, privacy, and reliability are considered throughout our development process rather than added at the end. We apply layered controls to help protect platform and user data:

  • Controlled access
  • Encrypted connections
  • Activity logging
  • Secure infrastructure
  • Ongoing system monitoring
  • Regular review of privacy practices

Have a Platform Opportunity?

Let’s discuss your product, partnership, integration, or investment opportunity.

What our digital platforms have in common

Our digital platforms serve different industries and different users, but they are built on the same set of decisions. Each one starts from an operational problem we have watched people work around, and each one is scoped so that the first release does one part of the job completely rather than several parts approximately.

  • A workflow modelled on how the job actually runs, not how the data is stored
  • Role-scoped access, so people see the records their work requires and no more
  • An activity record, so changes can be reviewed long after they were made
  • Reporting assembled from work already captured, never a second round of entry
  • Interfaces that hold up on a phone, because much of this work happens away from a desk

How to read the status labels

Each platform carries a status because availability matters more than ambition. In Development means active build work with no public access yet. Private Beta means a limited group is using it against real work. Coming Soon means committed and scheduled but not yet in build. We would rather publish an accurate label than an optimistic one.

If you want access to a platform at any of these stages, or you have an operational problem you think fits, contact our team and tell us what you are working on.
