What platform partnerships look like in practice
Platform partnerships take a few recognisable shapes for us. Some are technical, where a partner brings engineering capacity or a component we would otherwise build. Some are industry partnerships, where someone who knows a sector deeply helps us design for it properly. Others are commercial or strategic, including investment in a specific product.

How a partnership conversation usually starts
We prefer to begin with the problem rather than the paperwork. A first conversation is normally about what you are seeing in your market, where the current tools fail, and whether that overlaps with something we are already building. If it does, we move to scope and structure from there.
